Screenclick.com's questionable advertising

As I continue to use Screenclick.com (formerly dvdrentals.ie), I realise more and more why Xtravision is still in business. For those unaware of Screenclick's business model, its basic package gives you two DVDs at a time, which you pick from its selection online. As soon as you send them back by post, they dispatch another two to you, e-mailing you the day before to tell you.
Or so it's supposed to be. I sent my latest film back last Tuesday -- not a word from them since, six days later. The result? Down to Xtravision. This isn't the first time this has happened, either. It really is disingenuos of the service to declare, as it does on its front page, "unlimited DVD rentals from only €19.99 a month". It is, in fact, extremely limited.
Cancellation of this service looms.
