George Casey has done a price comparison of .ie domain name registrars. He puts ICCM Hosting as the cheapest (though there appears to be a hosting obligation), followed by Letshost.ie and Hosting 365. The most expensive, he claims, are Magnet Business (€125), followed by Hosting Ireland and Register.ie.
FYI - ICCM and Letshost are selling below cost. ICCM don't provide any tangible contact details on their site, so they would be in breach of EU regulations for ecommerce that were passed into Irish law several months ago

It isn't most of the time, but it can become an issue if they can't sustain it.
I'd be more concerned about the lack of tangible contact details on an ecommerce site, however.
