You wrote over a year ago about Irish websites not allowing people buy stuff online - Dixons, PC world etc. They still have the "under construction" signs up. Here's another one for you - lotto.ie. Check out the UK National Lottery website where you can subscribe by direct debit to lotto and get your wins into your mailbox. Why none of that here?
