As I write, Michele Neylon is on Joe Duffy ('Mick' as he's being called). The subject matter: a rogue debt-collection company that Michele engaged to try and get some bad debts. Apparently the company made a hames of paperwork that Michele gave them and then wouldn't pay him back his deposit.Good luck in getting them back!

The debt collection company were very quick to lodge the initial cheque we gave them but managed to lose all the other paperwork. Since debt collection would require us to give them access to confidential client information I couldn't see how we could use a company that were that inept, so we cancelled the service with them immediately. They then told us that we would not get a refund for 12 months - even though we'd never used their services. After a lot of back and forth they eventually said they would refund us, but still haven't, so we handed the entire thing over to our solicitors.
We're still waiting!
